The Mestari in Karhu was first released in 1977, featuring the patented Karhu Air Cushion midsole, which elevated arch support considerably while reducing strain on the knees, pelvis, and back. The upper wraps the foot with nylon mesh for breathability and colour-blocked suede to provide support. The traditional “M-logo” construction helps to provide support through the arch for additional comfort.

KARHU introduces the Flower Pack — a considered release shaped by the quiet romance of neighbourhood florists and the ease of Nordic summer. KARHU has connected with the creative community surrounding Harjun Kukka, a contemporary florist nestled in the heart of Kallio. Drawing on KARHU’s legacy of performance innovation and material precision, familiar silhouettes are reworked through a softer, botanical lens. Pastel tones, muted greens and washed neutrals echo Helsinki’s street-corner flower kiosks at full bloom, where texture and colour exist in quiet balance. Subtle detailing references the tactile nature of floristry, translating softness into structure without losing the brand’s technical foundation. Grounded in local culture, the Flower Pack celebrates craftsmanship, community and the beauty of fleeting moments.
